Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We understand that circumstances may arise, but kindly note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, in the event of a faulty product or an error on our part, we will gladly approve a refund.

Please be aware that our policy has a 30-day timeframe. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate an exchange or refund. To initiate an exchange or refund, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Non-exchangeable items include gift cards, swimwear, and sale items.

To return your item, please email us for the shipping address. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
